Turbo CleanUpTerms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using Turbo CleanUp ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Deletion is your decision
The app finds files and shows them to you; it does not delete anything automatically. Deletion happens only after you select items and confirm. Deleted files cannot be recovered by the app. You are responsible for reviewing the selection and for keeping backups of anything you care about. We are not liable for data you choose to delete.
4. Scope of the app
The app works on shared storage on the device it is installed on. Android does not allow any third-party app to access another app's private data directories, and the app makes no attempt to. Reported figures, including sizes and estimates of what can be freed, are approximations produced by the Android system and may differ from what the system settings show.
5. Advertising
The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third-party networks; we do not control their content and are not responsible for products or services advertised or for the sites they link to.
6. Third-party services
The app links out to Android system screens and to Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. Availability
Features depend on your Android version, device manufacturer and the permissions you grant. Some features are unavailable on some devices, and we may add, change or remove features in later versions.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the licence if you breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
