You can send the same details straight from the app: About → Feedback fills them in for you. We aim to reply within three business days.

Data deletion requests

Send an email with the subject "Data deletion", your device model and the approximate date you first used the app. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy for what happens next.

Why does the app ask for "All files access"?

Junk Cleaner, Big File Cleaner and Photo Compressor have to look at the whole shared storage area to report what is using space. Since Android 11 the system folder picker refuses access to the storage root and the Download folder, so picking folders one at a time cannot cover that. If you decline, those three screens close and nothing is read — the rest of the app still works. Details are on the Permissions page.

Can it clean other apps' data?

No. Since Android 11, no third-party app can access another app's private folders. Turbo CleanUp works on shared storage on your own device only.

Will it delete something I need?

Nothing is deleted without you selecting it and confirming. Camera folders, game data folders and the app's own cache are excluded from scans entirely.

I switched an app on in Notification Cleaner but I still saw its notification appear briefly.

That is expected. Android delivers a notification first and only then allows a listener app to remove it, so a banner can flash by before it is taken out of the shade. No app can stop another app's notification before it is posted.

Are calls and alarms intercepted?

Never. Incoming calls, alarms, media controls, navigation, system notifications and ongoing notifications are excluded from interception whatever you switch on.

How do I turn it all off?

Revoke any permission in Android Settings — the app re-checks each time you open a feature. Uninstalling removes everything the app stored on the device.
